ReplyDeleteThis sounds like an interesting and creative challenge. I hope you enjoy all of the books you read for it!
ReplyDeleteA Madeleine L'Engle book I not only haven't read--haven't heard of it! Excited! And it's set in the French Alps *sighs* very reminiscent of And Both Were Young...A L'Engle book I dearly love. See the good you do??
ReplyDeleteI feel the same way you do, June. Madeleine L'Engle is dearly loved by me, and this is one I hadn't yet read. I think I now own everything she's written, or pretty close to it. Have you ever read The Love Letters? That's one of my very favorites of hers.
DeleteEnjoy this challenge - sounds like fun!

ReplyDeleteGreat picks! This challenge intimidates me -- I might try it, though -- seems very fun!
ReplyDeleteAudra, you'd be surprised about how many books you want to read that can actually fit into these categories.
ReplyDeleteThis is my very favorite challenge and the only one I still do. Love your choices for each category!
